Can’t sell your house because it’s in need of expensive repairs? Maybe it just needs “cosmetic” repairs.  I’ve bought houses that need a complete makeover.  I’ve also bought houses loaded with junk, old belongings, and stuff that nobody wants to clean-up.  No problem, I take care of all of that.  I’ve even bought a house with a car that had no wheels (none).  I had to get a flatbed and a small crane to remove it.  Again, no problem, I will handle it.

There are three things to remember, here.  First, it is very hard, if not impossible, to sell a house in today’s market that isn’t fixed up.  Second, it is very costly to fix a house (and that’s if everything goes right AND you have a good contractor).  And lastly, if you do either of the above, selling a house takes time and so will fixing the property yourself. And what happens if you run out of money or time? The headache is never ending.

I enjoy renovating older, outdated houses and renovating them to today’s standards.

So even if your house needs a lot of repairs, I’ll buy it!
