Hi, I’m Jennifer and I love buying & fixing up houses.
It’s a passion of mine, one I didn’t get to indulge in until I quit my regular job and was able to focus on it full time. Prior to buying and selling houses, I worked in the corporate world recruiting executives for companies. I realized I really enjoyed talking to people and helping them solve some of their financial difficulties. It’s something I’m really good at doing, which makes it even more enjoyable. I can work at something I enjoy (buying and fixing up houses) and help people in the process – It really doesn’t get much better than that!
I’m a Southern California native. I have a bachelor’s degree from UC Riverside, a Master’s degree in Leadership from UC San Diego, and a Doctorate in Management from Pepperdine. I use my Leadership and Management skills to run my company and construction crews effectively, allowing me the time to pay attention to all the fine details. Working together for over 5 years, my team has become a family that I love working with. Because my team is growing, I am looking to buy more houses.
I live in Redondo Beach with my husband, a Manhattan Beach Fire Captain, and my 3 beautiful daughters. We enjoy skiing, paddling, and traveling together.

Hello, my name is Lauren and I am the newest addition to Jennifer’s team.
I have just recently graduated from California State Long Beach with a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics. Working with the Shenbaum Group allows me to do what I am good at, in a field I am passionate about. I have always been very interested in real estate and have always loved working with people. These passions and skills have helped me fit right into the family here at the Shenbaum Group. I can’t wait to hear from you!
