We’re looking for vacant homes in any condition, regardless of whether it is a regular sale, a trust sale, or the home is in foreclosure (as long as it hasn’t been foreclosed). The home can be a single family house, condo, townhome, or PUD. We are not looking for mobile homes at this time. Submit a home that qualifies and if we buy it (see terms and conditions below) we’ll send you a brand new iPad.  All parties taking part in this program must review the information prior to application.

Important:  iPad to be delivered to referring party upon successful close of escrow.

Terms and Conditions:

  • You must submit your own house for the Sell Me Your House Reward. If your home was referred to us by someone else first, you may not be eligible for an iPad Reward.
  • Referrals from Los Angeles and Orange Counties only.  Referrals from neighboring areas may be considered on a case by case basis.
  • An offer from The Shenbaum Group, Inc must be accepted by the seller(s) of subject property and escrow must close on subject property.
  • Limit of two referral rewards per referring party total.
  • If the same property is submitted twice by different referring parties, only the first referring party will be eligible for reward.  Only one reward per property.
  • No trades or substitutions.
  • Referring party must submit subject property information through form on JenniferBuysHouses.com
  • We reserve the right to end this iPad Giveaway promotion at any time, without prior notice. Subject properties must be submitted prior to promotion end to be eligible.
