If your problem is selling your home, then here is another option to sell your home.    One thing I am asked about on a weekly basis, if not daily, is, “Why do people sell their homes to you?”  I’ve been thinking about it almost every day since I was first asked that question over 6 years ago.

The simple answer is, it’s hard to sell a house the traditional way in today’s market.  Plain and simple.  Houses MUST be fixed-up and look REALLY good to beat the competition.  And to get your home looking perfect and have all the repairs done costs A LOT of money.  Even if you have the money, are you sure you want to invest your cash into something that isn’t a SURE BET?  Do you have the time, energy and knowledge to do it right?  If not, you could lose thousands, if not tens of thousands, of YOUR dollars.
